Pega CPQ

The goal of the Pega CPQ redesign project was to streamline the quoting process for Sales Engineers and to provide visibility into the best products for their customer needs.

Dashboard

The dashboard presents the Sales Engineer with a prioritized work list, an overview of quotes by status, and team members.  Clicking the "add" icon will create a new quote.

Customer Information

The first step when creating a quote for a new customer is to collect their basic information.

Product Selection

Browse or search the Product Catalog to find the right products for the customer.  If more guidance is needed, start a Pega Picks to help match customer needs with the best products.

Pega Picks

Pega Picks is a questionnaire that will collect customer interest, requirements, and constraints.  Based on the responses, Pega's AI capabilities will suggest a list of recommended products.

Configuration & Review

Some products have additional configurations and add-ons that can be customized.  This screen now updates instantly to show how the selections reflect in the quote total.  The last step is to review the quote before submitting it for approval.
